Discovery call
This is our initial 15-minute call where we get to know you and your business. You can call us directly or request it below. We’ll chat about your challenges, goals, and expectations — then schedule a second proposal call.
Strategy Call
In this one-hour video call, we dive deeper into your goals and challenges and present solutions tailored to your industry and business model. We assess where you currently stand in your Financial Success Framework.
We’ll begin outlining your growth plan and goal-setting strategy. From there, we’ll walk through the proposal together, build the first version of your apps map, and make final adjustments before sending it for approval.
Day 1-3. Collection of data
Congratulations! You’re officially on the road to a better business. We’re excited to have you on board. At this stage, we collect your logins and current financial data to integrate into your cloud software. You’ll be set up on a secured platform to share your information safely. We ensure your data stays highly confidential and secure.
Day 7. Onboarding call
We meet again to walk through your logins, discuss your current processes, and ensure your systems are fully set up. We’ll also review your chart of accounts and ask your first set of questions.
Day 8-30. Onboarding phase
We continue refining your accounts and systems. We’ll ask questions and keep an open line of communication to ensure everything is configured to create the smartest foundation for your new accounting and finance function.
Day 30. Your first check-up call
We’ve hit our first goal. You’re fully onboarded, and your books are now smart and ready to deliver better numbers.
We’ll go through your first report together and review what you liked and didn’t. We’ll talk about what’s going well, what needs adjustment, and set new goals for the next month.
